Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointments & Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your lash lift appointment. - The remaining balance is due at the time of service. - Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows - Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit. - No-shows may be required to pay in full before booking future services. 3. Late Arrivals - A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. 4. Preparation for Appointment - Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. - Do not use waterproof mascara or oils near the eye area 48 hours prior to your appointment. 5. Aftercare - Keep lashes dry for 24 hours after treatment. - Avoid steam, saunas, and eye makeup for best results Booking Client Acknowledgment: By scheduling this appointment, I agree to the following: 1. I am over 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent. 2. I understand the lash lift involves a chemical process that may result in irritation, allergic reaction, or temporary discomfort. 3. I release the technician and salon from any liability for known or unknown reactions or results. 4. I will follow all aftercare instructions provided. 5. I understand that no refunds are given once the service has been performed. 6. If a medical reaction occurs, I will seek medical attention at my own cost and not hold the technician/salon responsible.
