Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. The deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be re-added at the time of rescheduling. When cancelling more than twice or rescheduling more than twice, a $25 rescheduling fee will be added to the new deposit schedule. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or voiding your appointment. No Shows, Same Day Cancelations: Missing an appointment without notice may result in the full amount of the service being charged. If a same-day cancellation is made, the deposit will be non-refundable, and a rescheduled fee will apply. Kids and Company: For the safety and Comfort of everyone, Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. if Kids aren't able to stay seated or accompanied, we reserve the right to decline any services, and a full refund will be returned to schedule for a better time.
